अखिल भारतीय काशीकापडी समाज युवा मंचाच्या सर्व पदाधिकारी, कार्यकर्ते, युवक-युवती व समाजबांधवांना सस्नेह आवाहन

आपल्या समाजाचे अधिवेशन होऊन बराच कालावधी लोटला आहे. या काळात युवा मंचाच्या माध्यमातून समाजहितासाठी अनेक चांगले उपक्रम राबविण्यात आले आणि समाजकार्याला चालना देण्याचा प्रामाणिक प्रयत्न करण्यात आला. तथापि, विविध अडचणी व मर्यादांमुळे काही महत्त्वाची कामे अपेक्षेप्रमाणे पूर्ण करता आली नाहीत.

आता काळाच्या गरजेनुसार युवा मंचाला नव्याने ऊर्जा व दिशा देणे, नव्या पिढीला नेतृत्वाची संधी उपलब्ध करून देणे तसेच आधुनिक विचार, तंत्रज्ञान आणि नवीन कार्यपद्धतींचा स्वीकार करणे आवश्यक झाले आहे.

आपल्या अनुभवी कार्यकर्त्यांचा प्रदीर्घ अनुभव व मार्गदर्शन आणि आजच्या युवक-युवतींची ऊर्जा, कल्पकता, तंत्रज्ञानाची जाण व आधुनिक दृष्टिकोन यांचा सुंदर समन्वय साधल्यास समाजकार्य अधिक व्यापक, परिणामकारक आणि भविष्योन्मुख होऊ शकते.

याच सकारात्मक भावनेतून, अनुभवाचा सन्मान राखत नव्या पिढीकडे नेतृत्वाची नवी जबाबदारी सोपविण्याच्या दृष्टीने, तसेच युवा मंचाच्या पुढील वाटचालीबाबत सर्व समाजबांधवांच्या सहभागातून विचारविनिमय करण्यासाठी ही महत्त्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे.

మన సమాజ మహాసభ జరిగి చాలా కాలం గడిచింది. ఈ కాలంలో యువ మంచ్ ద్వారా సమాజ హితం కోసం అనేక మంచి కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించబడ్డాయి, సమాజ సేవకు ఊతమిచ్చేందుకు నిజాయితీగా ప్రయత్నం జరిగింది. అయితే, వివిధ ఇబ్బందులు, పరిమితుల వల్ల కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన పనులు ఆశించిన విధంగా పూర్తి చేయలేకపోయాము.

ఇప్పుడు కాలానుగుణంగా యువ మంచ్‌కు కొత్త శక్తి, కొత్త దిశ ఇవ్వడం, కొత్త తరానికి నాయకత్వ అవకాశం కల్పించడం, అలాగే ఆధునిక ఆలోచనలు, సాంకేతికత మరియు కొత్త కార్యపద్ధతులను స్వీకరించడం అవసరమైంది.

మన అనుభవజ్ఞులైన కార్యకర్తల సుదీర్ఘ అనుభవం, మార్గదర్శకత్వం మరియు నేటి యువతీయువకుల శక్తి, సృజనాత్మకత, సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం, ఆధునిక దృక్పథం — వీటి చక్కటి సమన్వయం సాధిస్తే సమాజ సేవ మరింత విస్తృతంగా, ఫలప్రదంగా, భవిష్యత్తు దిశగా సాగగలదు.

A cordial appeal to all office bearers, karyakartas, young men and women, and community members of the Akhil Bhartiya Kashi Kapadi Samaj Yuva Manch

A long time has passed since our Samaj's last convention. During this period, many good initiatives were carried out through the Yuva Manch for the benefit of the community, and sincere efforts were made to give momentum to social work. However, owing to various difficulties and limitations, some important works could not be completed as expected.

The need of the hour is to give the Yuva Manch fresh energy and a new direction, to provide the new generation an opportunity to lead, and to embrace modern thinking, technology and new ways of working.

If the long experience and guidance of our senior karyakartas is combined well with the energy, creativity, technological awareness and modern outlook of today's young men and women, our community's work can become broader, more effective and future-oriented.

With this positive spirit — honouring experience while entrusting the new generation with the new responsibility of leadership — and to deliberate on the way forward for the Yuva Manch with the participation of all community members, this important meeting has been organised.

बैठकीतील प्रमुख विषयసమావేశంలోని ముఖ్య అంశాలుKey Topics of the Meeting

1. समाज व युवा मंचाच्या पुढील कार्याची दिशा निश्चित करणे. సమాజం మరియు యువ మంచ్ భవిష్యత్ కార్యాల దిశను నిర్ణయించడం. Deciding the direction of the future work of the Samaj and the Yuva Manch.
2. नव्या पिढीतील युवक-युवतींचा सक्रिय सहभाग वाढविणे. కొత్త తరం యువతీయువకుల క్రియాశీల భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని పెంచడం. Increasing the active participation of young men and women of the new generation.
3. आगामी समाज अधिवेशनाबाबत प्राथमिक चर्चा करणे. రాబోయే సమాజ మహాసభ గురించి ప్రాథమిక చర్చ చేయడం. Preliminary discussion regarding the upcoming Samaj convention.
4. पुढील अधिवेशन होईपर्यंत अखिल भारतीय काशीकापडी समाज युवा मंचासाठी हंगामी अध्यक्षाची निवड / नियुक्ती / नामनिर्देशन करणे. తదుపరి మహాసభ జరిగే వరకు అఖిల భారతీయ కాశీకాపడి సమాజ్ యువ మంచ్ కోసం తాత్కాలిక అధ్యక్షుని ఎంపిక / నియామకం / నామనిర్దేశం చేయడం. Selection / appointment / nomination of an interim Adhyaksh for the Akhil Bhartiya Kashi Kapadi Samaj Yuva Manch until the next convention.
5. आवश्यकतेनुसार 3 ते 5 सदस्यांची अखिल भारतीय काशीकापडी समाज युवा मंचासाठी हंगामी कार्यकारिणी निवडणे तसेच आवश्यकतेनुसार महाराष्ट्र, तेलंगणा, कर्नाटक व मध्य प्रदेश या प्रत्येक राज्यासाठी प्रत्येकी 1 हंगामी अध्यक्ष निवडणे. అవసరాన్ని బట్టి అఖిల భారతీయ కాశీకాపడి సమాజ్ యువ మంచ్ కోసం 3 నుండి 5 సభ్యుల తాత్కాలిక కార్యవర్గాన్ని ఎన్నుకోవడం, అలాగే అవసరాన్ని బట్టి మహారాష్ట్ర, తెలంగాణ, కర్ణాటక మరియు మధ్యప్రదేశ్ — ఈ ప్రతి రాష్ట్రానికి ఒక్కొక్క తాత్కాలిక అధ్యక్షుని ఎన్నుకోవడం. Electing, as needed, a 3–5 member interim executive committee for the Akhil Bhartiya Kashi Kapadi Samaj Yuva Manch, and as needed one interim Adhyaksh each for Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
